Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive market transformations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future trends
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and board-level communication
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or Innovation Management
