Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to develop 2026+ scenario frameworks
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking across the organization
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development and market expansion plans
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience developing and implementing innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
