- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with actionable strategies for 2026 implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in emerging domains
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to align organizations on future readiness
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and media contributions
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-generation product development
- Analyze global policy and regulatory landscapes to anticipate future business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
