As a thought leader in our Innovation Division, you'll translate complex signals from AI, biotech, and quantum computing into actionable blueprints. This hybrid role blends deep technical acumen with strategic foresight, requiring exceptional analytical rigor and creative vision.
Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and market disruptors through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth targets
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify future opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into development pipelines
- Publish thought leadership content in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
