Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging trends for 2026+ market disruption
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech breakthroughs
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product development plans
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish and manage an innovation ecosystem with academic institutions and startups
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for C-suite decision-making
- Produce annual Future State reports with quantitative impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
- Experience building innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
