Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author foresight reports and strategic briefings for C-suite audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Design and implement innovation maturity assessments for client organizations
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Published research on exponential technologies or future scenarios
- Proven experience developing strategic frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
