Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across industries
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating trends into business impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology preferred
