Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company's 5-year vision and market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Translate foresight into actionable business cases and investment recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to expand perspective
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Measure and communicate the ROI of strategic foresight programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership (whitepapers, keynotes, patents)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
