Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and innovation teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Build quantitative models to simulate future market conditions and competitive dynamics
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futurist methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
