Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through proprietary predictive modeling
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons and prototyping sprints
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting with published foresight methodologies
- Mastery of AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
