Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for multi-year planning cycles
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Quantify market opportunities from nascent trends and present ROI-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
