- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline tracking and future-readiness metrics
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2020s impact
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte TMT Predictions)
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFCS from University of Houston)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's scenarios)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
