- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive performance optimization strategies, reducing inference latency and energy consumption for edge deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning and Quantum Machine Learning integration.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Language Model Expertise: Proven track record in fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic challenges and optimize data pipelines.
