- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focusing on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology blueprints to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of tech policy, ethics, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
