Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Physical Stamina: Perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
