Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using WMS systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision while maintaining FIFO protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with remote work tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
