Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Maintain strict temperature controls and safety standards in the freezer and cooler environments.
- Perform daily inventory counts and organize stock to maximize warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus).
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Ensure all products are labeled correctly and stored according to FIFO procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
