Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated zones (-20°F to 40°F)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments
- Perform inventory audits using WMS systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers with perishable goods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Document temperature logs and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
