Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels and product availability.
- Ensure all safety protocols and temperature regulations are strictly followed in the cold storage environment.
- Package and label items for shipment, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and storage areas to maximize warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (typically 35°F - 45°F).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
