Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and temperature regulations.
- Organize and stock inventory with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (0°F to 40°F).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable).
