The Role:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will operate powered industrial equipment and utilize scanning technology to manage inventory efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and conveyor belts according to customer orders and pick tickets.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
