Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment within the facility and loading docks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls in the storage freezers and coolers to ensure product integrity.
- Perform inventory counts, stock rotation, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
