Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and order fulfillment.
- Handle freight in a timely manner to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (Class B or equivalent).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
