Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all orders are accurate and securely sealed.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of storage aisles and retrieval of materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and scanning.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor duties exist).
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
