Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems for material movement
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic receiving, stocking, and shipping processes
- Maintain warehouse organization and implement lean principles for operational efficiency
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing materials per ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols for hazard prevention
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification with proven safe operation record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and inventory reconciliation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
