Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Optimize packing processes to minimize material waste and maximize space utilization
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/order packing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
