Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate packing machinery and equipment while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Train on advanced packing technologies and process improvements
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews with potential for salary increases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehousing or fulfillment centers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency with RF scanners, barcode systems, and packing software
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail with error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
