Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment using advanced inventory systems
- Operate packing equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) with maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain 99.8% order accuracy standards
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste and improve throughput
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely departures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience with proven productivity metrics
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
