Responsibilities
- Pack items accurately and securely according to specific customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and verify order contents against packing slips.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory control by counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
