Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure all items are free from damage before packaging.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Sort, label, and stage packages for delivery carriers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
