Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment and inventory management tasks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations for seamless workflow
- Optimize loading/unloading processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification (we provide training if needed)
