About the Role
You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly from receiving to shipping. We value safety, efficiency, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
