Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping operations during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) with precision and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS technology and barcode systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity and packaging standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and mobile scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
