Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person overnight team during 10PM-6AM shifts
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily audits
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day/night teams
- Implement process improvements for 99.5% accuracy
- Manage high-value pharmaceutical and electronics inventory
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Generate shift reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Advanced Excel and WMS proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued
- Overnight shift availability mandatory
