Responsibilities
- Oversee 10+ team members during overnight inventory operations
- Optimize warehouse efficiency using WMS systems (SAP/JDA)
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Manage high-value electronics and pharmaceutical inventory
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA 1910.178)
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Drug-free workplace clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
