Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15-person overnight team for efficient inventory processing and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance during peak nighttime operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems and real-time data analysis
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics between receiving, storage, and shipping departments
- Train staff on new equipment and process improvements
- Maintain detailed performance metrics and shift reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities for high-pressure environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
