Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and dock environments
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight with dock teams
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Train new operators on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Certification for sit-down, stand-up, and reach truck operation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and RF scanners
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
