Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and train 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics
- Resolve logistical challenges and maintain efficient workflow
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Experience with safety compliance and risk management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
