Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and development
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counting and WMS system management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities
- Valid forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
