Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using advanced scanning systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and data entry
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate in teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data systems
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
