Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows using WMS technology
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation
- Conduct regular audits and report on KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety)
- Manage equipment maintenance and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with remote team coordination tools (Slack, Asana)
