Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock adjustments using WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software to track shipments and status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and proven time management skills.
- Ability to pass a basic drug screen and physical assessment.
