Responsibilities
- Safely load/un refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Operate temperature-controlled storage systems (-20°F to 50°F)
- Verify inventory accuracy via RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional logistics teams
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Support inventory cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to strict cold chain protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with RF scanning systems
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures
- Valid Alaska driver's license
