Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product movement
- Conduct quality checks and inventory audits using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper rotation (FIFO)
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in extreme conditions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/SQF)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments
