Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Operate and manage provided equipment including forklifts, scanners, and automated conveyor systems
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and warehouse security procedures
- Optimize inventory control through cycle counts and WMS system utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with receiving, shipping, and quality control teams
- Analyze KPIs to identify efficiency improvements and implement lean initiatives
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with equipment management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and warehouse automation
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
