Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and responsibly
- Optimize workflow to meet/exceed daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/picking experience
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy standards
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check required
