- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory levels in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with remote team leads via digital communication tools
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Reliable transportation to facility (remote-friendly after onboarding)
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with flexible shift options
