Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping operations
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and productivity standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems

- Familiarity with inventory control methods and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
