Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and ensure accurate labeling and packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and inventory specialists to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Perform cycle counts and regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
