Responsibilities
- Retrieve and accurately pick merchandise from storage locations based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Update inventory records and log pick details into the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify order accuracy under time pressure.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shift schedules.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
